    Description

    Here is the 1951 booklet celebrating the 20th Anniversary of the Ordination and Pastorate 1931 - 1951 of Rev. Robert James Urffer of Friedens Reformed Charge Comprising Union, Slatedale and Friedens Churches.  This was held Sunday, May 20th, 1951 at Union Church in Neffs, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania.  The booklet features a 3 page biography and photo of the Reverend Urffer, then the programs for the morning and afternoon services.  There is also mention of his pastoral activities, the consistories of the churches and members of committees. The last page is headed with In The Course of Events and tells of the coincidences in the Reverend's career.  It is 8 pages in a softcover.  The booklet has some normal wear from age and storage.  No tears or missing pages.  Neat little booklet for the church historian.  Postage will be 3.90 to the U. S.
