This is an ORIGINAL/FIRST print poster (approx. 11" x 28", and printed prior to the shows on a high quality glossy stock) that was used to promote a series of shows at the historic Avalon Ballroom in San Francisco. These shows took place December 28-30, 1967, and featured Blue Cheer, Country Joe & the Fish, Lee Michaels & Jim Kweskin. The classic psychedelic sixties image, "TREE FROG", was designed by Bob Schnepf, and is the 98th image in the Family Dog series. This beautiful poster has been very carefully preserved for over forty-five years, and is in EXCELLENT/FLAWLESS condition. This is guaranteed to be ORIGINAL Family Dog poster, and we will gladly issue a COA upon request.
