    Description

    1" Thick HDPE, HIGH DENSITY POLYETHYLENE PLASTIC sheet, 6" x 12" with a haircell finish on both sides.  (actual thickness is .960")
    A very easily machined plastic using ordinary woodworking tools or high speed tooling such as router bits or circular saws.  I have personally machined this material and I can tell you it is one of the very best materials on the planet to work with.  Will not "gum up" like other plastics.  Machined surfaces are smooth and flat.  It is easy to hold close tolerances with this material.
