MINT Doors Steppenwolf 1967 FD 50 BREAK ON THROUGH Avalon Card

This is an ORIGINAL postcard/handbill (approx. 5" x 7", and printed prior to the shows) that was used to promote a series of shows featuring the Doors, Country Joe & the Fish & Sparrow (this band would quickly evolve into Steppenwolf). These shows took place February 3 & 4, 1967 at the historic Avalon Ballroom in San Francisco. This classic psychedelic sixties image, "BREAK ON THROUGH TO THE OTHER SIDE", was designed by Victor Moscoso, and is the 50th image in the Family Dog series. This beautiful card has been very carefully preserved for over forty-five years, and is in EXCELLENT/FLAWLESS condition. This is guaranteed to be ORIGINAL Family Dog card, and we will gladly issue a COA upon request.
