Original 19th c. Flint Glass Blown & Cut Decanter with Engraved Stars

Blown, cut & engraved
star decanter with stopper.
Not sure of manufacturer or exact date but believe it to be from the early 1800’s.
As you can see from scan, it does have some “sickness” to inside bottom, but other than, it is in excellent condition with no chips or flakes.
The decanter measures approx. 9 ¼” without stopper (11 ¾” including stopper), and at the widest part it is 5 ½” across.
