Item is in good condition for it's age.  This has been in storage for years and show some signs of age with slight discoloration of the paper.  Binding is in great shape with all pages in tact.  Could not find any pages with hand written notes or creases.  The book is mostly dirty on the outside covers and edges. See pictures for detailed looks.
I am liquidating a load of books, magazines and manuals found in plastic tubs in a Storage unit.  These books, magazines and manuals appear to have been stored for years and some may have an associated storage odor.
