    This recipe leaflet is undated but is from the WW2 era.  It discusses how to use Rumford Baking Powder - which contains only phosphate - to help stretch your meat points.  Recipes feature gravy, muffins and biscuits to help carry that meat flavor.  Upside Down Meat Muffins is one of my favorites.
