Vintage Booklet Comic Old Mother Mitten And Her Funny Kitten Huestis & Cozans

Up for auction is an issue of the children's story Old Mother Mitten And Her Funny Kitten. These were originally published by Huestis & Cozans between 1843 - 1853 but this is a reprint by Americana Review.  Don't see a date in this but from what I can find out these reprints were published anywhere from the early 1960s until 1980.  This has not been
professionally graded but my husband who has been buying comic books for over 50 years grades this conservatively at 9.0.  It is flat with sharp corners, bright colors, no writing in it, and no pages missing.  This issue was bought at an auction of the stock from a comic book store that went out of business and had an auction.  This has been bagged and boarded from day one.  It has never been read.  This is the first time it has been taken out of the bag and opened.  I opened it just to try and get some pictures.
Please look closely at the pictures to determine the grade before you bid.
